Shipping Policy
​Your items brownie, cookie etc will be delivered by Roy. Delivery timeslot will be allocated by Royal Mail once your order is placed. Amendments to delivery times should be arranged directly with Royal Mail.

Next Day Delivery Service costs £11.95 and entitles you to next-day home delivery when ordered by 4pm on weekdays and 2pm on Saturdays. No deliveries on a Monday

Please be aware, if Next Day Delivery Service is selected at checkout, then we, unfortunately, cannot amend your order to Next Day Delivery Service.

Any issues with delivery or non-delivery should be directed towards our delivery partners Royal Mail. Any issues relating to delivered product quality should be reported to Henry Patisserie and Baker Ltd via our Contact Form

Physical gift vouchers to be sent in regular post, with current postal delays please expect up until 5 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want to make sure you are happy with your products and will work with you to solve any problems that may arise along the way.

All products are entitled to be fully refunded or exchanged on unworn items returned to us within 28 days of purchase. All refunds will be via payment method as before. Pease note original shipping charges are non-refundable if purchased online.
If any items are damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. Please inform us via email of any damage immediately upon delivery. You must notify us within 3 business days of the delivery date for any damage claims to be considered valid. We reserve the right to deny any damage claims after this three day window, but we will consider all claims on a case-by-case basis.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will contact you (the customer) directly and if the product is deemed unsatisfactory then we will seek to replace the product or if in the case of complete dissatisfaction - a full refund together with return postage will be returned to the customer concerned.
