Welcome to Henry Patisserie & Baker!

My name is Gemini Henry, and I am a professional pastry chef with 15 years of experience. I have held positions of Senior CDP, Junior Sous Pastry, and Head Pastry chef in various establishments including restaurants, 4 and 5-star hotels, cafes, clubs, and private event functions. I am skilled in recipe development, creating artistic presentations on the plate, and menu planning.

I love making desserts and patisseries and eating good, wholesome foods. 

 

Several of my recipes offer the choice between unhealthy and healthy options. Unhealthy recipes typically contain ingredients that are high in sugar, wheat, dairy, or saturated fat. On the other hand, healthy recipes include gluten-free, sugar-free, and dairy-free ingredients with low saturated fat, making them suitable for different types of diets.
